Bakkie Museum is an plantation in Reynsdorp. It is a former coffee plantation (founded by Nicolaas Reynsdorp in the year 1744). It has one of the most unique private colletcion in Suriname with many books, prints, maps and objects.
This Museum is unique in Suriname because of the top collection supplemented with artifacts from the area such as the buoy, brand and the stories of Marsha's ancestors and family pieces.
