The Blanche Marie waterfalls, one of the greatest treasures of Suriname, are located on the Nickerie River about 300 km from Paramaribo. During the trip you will go through the Surinamese jungle, which is home to 8 monkey species and more than 200 bird species. It is approximately a 4.5 hour drive from Paramaribo to the waterfalls where you can enjoy the unspoilt nature.
